What is a Dedicated Server?
A Dedicated Server, dedicated hosting service, or managed dedicated hosting services is a type of web hosting where the client use an entire server and not shared with anyone. In brief, the server is dedicated for the use of a specific client. This is more flexible than shared web hosting, as client have complete control over the dedicated server, including the choice of operating system, hardware and configurations of the server system.
Server administration and management is provided by InstantServer.Asia as an add-on service. In most cases a dedicated server can offer less overhead, reduce capital investment and a larger return on investment. Exabytes dedicated servers are securely hosted in a purpose built data centre with redundant power sources, HVAC (“Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning” ) systems, fast internet connections, CCTV and 24×7 monitoring.
You may choose from the 2 dedicated server plan that we have which are InstantServer and FlexiServer.
InstantServer
Our InstantServer package are servers that are ready to be launched with the server installed readily on our server racks. The only configuration left to be done is the additional addon of hardware such as RAM memory or HDD and loading of selected Operating System.

- Dedicated Servers listed under “Instant Server” category are our pre-configured Ready-Togo servers.
- Dedicated Server’s details and logins will be emailed to you within 2 hours upon your payment and verification.
- 2 hours setup policy does not apply for the order placed on Saturday and Sunday and custom diskspace partitioning.
- Server with custom partitioning upon client’s request may not applicable to 2 hours setup policy.
- InstantServer.Asia’s Dedicated Servers are hosted at state-of-the-art AIMS Data Center, Malaysia.
- Both Linux Dedicated Server and Windows Dedicated Server options are available.
- Dedicated Servers are with or without Control Panel.
- Dedicated Servers are delivered as-is and cannot be upgraded at the time of the order.
- Upgrades are possible within the selected product’s limits once the server has been released and is online.
- For new client, account verification procedures might require you send a signed service order document by fax and typically involve a phone call from our account management team.
FlexiServer
In contrast to our InstantServer plan, the FlexiServer plan is the plan that is cater for each user’s requirement and budget.
Our FlexiServer plan is mainly divided in to 3 packages which are FlexiServer Economy with budget Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor, FlexiServer Extra with our performance Single Processor Intel Xeon Quad Core Processor and lastly with our FlexiServer Extreme to meet the ultimate server experience with its Dual Processor Intel Xeon Quad Core Processor.
Every each of the package is tailored and design to meet the requirement and the usage of each user. And of course having a dedicated server will provide your sites with a higher level of security, speed, and uptime. You will have the capability to go far beyond the resource limitations found in a shared hosting environment.
